Daily post 301
I read a post from a family member today that urged me to slow down and enjoy the journey. So this post is inspired by her words.
2017 was one of the weirdest years for me. The first half was terrible and one of the worst times for me and the second half was the best I’ve ever lived.
2018 rolled around and I often felt the same—living in ups and downs like a consistent wave.
The highs are great but the lows are low.
Tomorrow I start classes again at Villanova, something I haven’t done for more than 9 months. I am afraid of what life might bring me but I am at the same time excited for the highs of life. In less than a week, I’ll be turning 19 years old, and I don’t think I realize how quickly life is going by.
These past few days have been filled with reconnecting with past friends who I haven’t seen in 9 months and it’s made me realize how great life can be with lived with people you like. I want to thank you all for being a part of my journey. Whether you are one of my best friends, a family member, or an acquaintance, it means a lot. I urge you to also reminisce about life and slow down and enjoy the journey.
I also want to make this an experiment and see who often does take the small time of their day to read my messages. If you’ve read this far, please comment down below a single word about how or where we met. (Or message me, or email me, etc…)
