The price of relaxation

You can pay to go to a resort

or you can cuddle up in bed and listen to some feel-good music

You can pay for an expensive massage

or you can do some yoga & stretching, and relax with some TV

You can overpay for “fancy” food

or you can buy a hearty bowl of noodles.

The price of relaxation varies.

But the price doesn’t matter

What matters is you learn to relax and enjoy the concept of doing nothing

What matters is you don’t let price get in the way of loving your own body.

Good Luck.

Grateful Day 35: I am grateful for the ocean

Magic Day 4: I did magic today for two women on the beach.

You often learn more from your failures than your successes.

In this case, I performed the first trick well. Unfortunately, they asked me to perform another trick, and I messed up the second one.

I am not as good at adapting to these “screw-up” situations. I suppose the only way I’ll get used to the idea of messing up, is to mess up more.

Either way, I enjoyed the encounter, and I’ll do better next time.

(Unfortunately, after messing up the second trick, I was too embarrassed to ask them my “interview” questions. Whoops!)
