Stressing about something has always seemed stupid to me…
Because immediately after you go through that stressful thing or finish that stressful project, it all goes away. Almost as if there was no trace of it ever happening.
Everything leading up to the moment is completely erased because what matters is the end result. Stressing about it will only make you perform worse.
So why stress in the first place, when it only makes you feel bad?
